Backcountry Adventure – September, TBD

This will be a true TENT camping experience in the backcountry of the Big Basin at Red Woods State Park (3 days, 2 nights).  Some of the activities include hiking, corn hole, nature crafts, campfire and relaxation! Basecamp will be in the Sequoia Group Camp in Big Basin Redwoods State Park in the Santa Cruz Mountains.  Arrival on Tuesday and set up tent camping for the large group. On Wednesday, a small group of 6 will set out for a one night backpacking trip to Sunset Backcountry Trail Camp and they will return on Thursday.  We will head home on Thursday. Activities available during the trip include but are not limited to day hikes, corn hole, nature crafts, campfire with music and s’mores, nature center, and relaxation.
