I have had the honor to work in this industry for over 25 years beginning in a group home setting, later in day programs, Independent Living and Supported Living. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from CSU Sacramento. I have experience as a 7 Habits of Highly Effective People trainer, I’m Lean Six Sigma certified, and a Person-Centered Thinking Skills trainer. I have a thirst for learning and enjoy bringing knowledge and innovation to my team. I focus on effective systems, individual and team development, a culture of appreciation and standards of excellence. I feel so fortunate to have work in my life that is meaningful, that provides opportunities for stories, impact, growth and service. I am the proud parent of two teenagers and they have grown up in Supported Living.
